Take two capsules a day for 1 month with a full glass of water (preferably in the morning).
- Continue your regular hair care routine.
- Remember to drink 1.5L of water a day and opt for a balanced diet.
- A three- to six-month course of treatment is recommended for an attack phase.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. we advise you to seek your doctor's advice before taking our supplements.
